1. Who you are contracting with

MSN Spotlight is sold by Kaada Nordic MarTech, registered in Norway. These terms apply to every purchase made through this website.

2. What we deliver

Each active billing month includes one professionally written article about your product, brand or business, submitted for publication on MSN.com and structured so that search and answer engines can cite it. You review and approve the draft before submission.

3. What we do not promise

• We do not guarantee traffic, sales, rankings, or revenue.
• We do not guarantee that Perplexity, Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT or any other AI system will cite or recommend you. Those systems are controlled by third parties.
• Publication timing and editorial placement depend on the publishing partner. If an article cannot be published in a given month, we will publish it in the next available slot or refund that month at your choice.

4. Pricing, VAT and renewals

Prices are shown in euro excluding VAT. VAT is calculated at checkout based on your location and business status; EU businesses can enter a valid VAT number for reverse charge where applicable. All plans renew automatically — monthly plans every month, quarterly plans every three months, annual plans every year — until you cancel.

5. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from the billing page using the email you paid with. Cancelling stops future renewals; your current paid period runs to its end. See our refunds and cancellation policy.

6. Your content and responsibilities

You confirm that the information and claims you give us are accurate, that you own or are licensed to use any material you supply, and that your offering complies with applicable law. We may decline or withdraw content that is misleading, unlawful, or that the publishing partner rejects.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by Norwegian law, with Stavanger as the agreed venue. Consumer rights under mandatory local law are unaffected.
