Terms of Service

1. Who you are contracting with

MSN Spotlight is sold by Kaada Nordic MarTech, org. no. 936 289 835, Ytre Eiganesveien 13, 4022 Stavanger, Norway (contact@nordicmartech.com). Kaada Nordic MarTech is not registered for VAT/MVA today. These terms apply to every purchase made through this website.

2. What we deliver

Each active billing month includes one professionally written article about your product, brand or business, submitted for distribution into MSN's content syndication network and partner feeds, and structured so that search and answer engines can cite it. You review and approve the draft before submission. If no article is published in a period you have paid for, you choose a free carry-over to the next period or a refund of that period.

3. What we do not promise

• We do not guarantee traffic, sales, rankings, or revenue.
• We do not guarantee that Perplexity, Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT or any other AI system will cite or recommend you. Those systems are controlled by third parties.
• Publication timing and editorial placement depend on the publishing partner. If an article cannot be published in a given month, we will publish it in the next available slot or refund that month at your choice.

4. Pricing, VAT and renewals

Prices are shown and billed in euro (EUR). Where USD or NOK amounts appear on the site they are indicative conversions only; the charge is always the EUR amount. Prices are shown excl. VAT/MVA — none is added while we are not registered. All plans renew automatically — monthly plans every month, quarterly plans every three months, annual plans every year — until you cancel.

5. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from the billing page using the email you paid with. Cancelling stops future renewals; your current paid period runs to its end. See our refunds and cancellation policy.

6. Your content and responsibilities

You confirm that the information and claims you give us are accurate, that you own or are licensed to use any material you supply, and that your offering complies with applicable law. We may decline or withdraw content that is misleading, unlawful, or that the publishing partner rejects.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by Norwegian law, with Stavanger as the agreed venue. Consumer rights under mandatory local law are unaffected.
