Accessibility Statement

Our commitment

We want everyone to be able to read this site and buy from it, including people using screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification or voice control. We work to EN 301 549, the European accessibility standard applied under the European Accessibility Act, which adopts WCAG 2.1 Level AA.

Conformance status: partially conformant. This is based on an internal self-assessment carried out on 11 September 2026, not an independent third-party audit. Some content may not yet fully meet every success criterion.

What we do

• Semantic headings, landmarks and labelled form fields.
• Full keyboard operability with visible focus indicators.
• Text contrast checked against AA thresholds.
• Text alternatives for meaningful images and icons.
• Layouts that reflow on small screens and at 200% zoom.

Known limitations

Our checkout is embedded from our payment provider, so parts of that experience are outside our direct control. If any step blocks you, contact us and we will complete the purchase with you by email.
