Refunds & Cancellation

Automatic renewal

Every plan renews automatically until you cancel: monthly plans every month, quarterly plans every three months, annual plans every year. You receive a receipt for each charge.

How to cancel

Cancel yourself at any time on the billing page — enter the email you paid with and cancel in the secure billing portal. No phone call, no retention script. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, and you keep the deliverables for that period.

Refunds

• Before work starts: full refund if you cancel before we begin drafting your article for that period.
• After publication: published articles cannot be un-published, so completed months are non-refundable.
• If we cannot publish: if no article is published in a paid period for reasons on our side, you choose a free carry-over to the next period or a refund of that period.
• Prepaid quarterly and annual plans: unused, unstarted months are refunded pro rata on request.

Consumer withdrawal right

Consumers in the EU/EEA have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. If you ask us to start work within that period, you may be charged for what has already been delivered.
